• Shipping and Handling

  What is your shipping policy?

  We do our best effort to ship all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving the order.  At the moment, we are currently shipping exclusively with USPS.  Our default shipping method is Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and all shipments originate in Santa Monica, CA 90405.
  It is also important to note that we refuse to make a profit on our Shipping  & Handling.  There is nothing more annoying than companies who gouge their customers with absurdly high shipping rates.  The only companies who should make a profit on S&H are companies like UPS and Fedex because that is their core business.  The rest of us should charge what it costs to pack and ship the product.  It’s that simple.
   

  Do you ship internationally?

  We do ship internationally via USPS Global Priority Mail but because duties and taxes are hard to program there may be additional charges.  We will charge you what we have to pay directly.

  What is your returns & exchanges policy?

  We want you to be happy with your purchase which is why we will glady refund or exchange any item you are not happy with as long as it is within 12 days after the initial purchase and the item arrives back to us in "as new" condition.  We will pick up the shipping charges to get a new item back to you but you have to pick up the postage to get the original item back to us in good condition.  If you would like to return an item please email sales@puinsai.com and request a "Return Authorization Number".

• Sizing

  What if my item doesn't fit when I get it?

  Let's face it, sometimes stuff just doesn't fit the way you want.  If you are not happy with your purchase we will refund the full amount of the purchase or exchange any unused product for a different size.  The only catch is shipping. We are happy to ship you a different size but you have to pick up the charges to get the wrong sized item back to us. Maybe one day we will be able to pay for shipping both ways but hopefully you can understand how that could quickly end up costing more than the product you ordered.

  Are you looking for designers?

  We are always looking for good designers to work with us on a freelance basis.  This includes graphic, web, print, and apparel designers.  Drop us a line.  We are always open to new ideas and we welcome anyone who wants to join us in our mission to spread aloha across the globe.

  I like your image campaign; do you have a need for new photographers?

  We are currently looking to find talented photographers across the globe who can help us continue our photo campaign in the parts of the world they know best.  We are a small company and it is much easier for us to remotely direct a session than to fly out with a crew and models to shoot.  If you are interested please email us.

• Stores

  What stores carry Puinsai?

  While we have sold to many stores in the past, we are only in a few select stores on the North Shore of Oahu and in Kauai.  We are not currently looking to pick up retail outlets but perhaps in the Fall of '09.
